With mostly sunny without missing wispy transient clouds in the morning which will then subside and the weather will be seated with sunshine, and the levels of dust in the atmosphere ranging from middle to near high at midday levels from but evening dust levels will begin to return to lower levels. Temperatures will ascend 27 degrees inside and on the east coast, at 25 to 26 degrees to the south and southeast coast, at 23 to 24 degrees to the southwest and west coast, at 17 degrees in the hilly and 15-16 degrees in the highest mountain .
Winds from the South weak to moderate from 3 Beaufort inside and up to 4 Beaufort the other coast.
Monday 11/04 the weather in the morning will initially partial cloudy in southern and southwestern portions during the day by noon the clouds will begin to thicken and expand the rest of the island giving first local dusty rain and isolated showers in the mountains parts and u te extension and inside and Northwest parts. By late afternoon the weather will temporarily improve the phenomena limited in Northwest marine parts as there will occur and thunderstorms. The dust from the evening of Monday will begin to decline.
Temperatures on Monday, at a minimum fall and hover at 25 to 26 degrees on the inside and on the east coast, at 19 to 22 degrees to the south and southeast coast, at 20 to 21 degrees to the southwest and west coast, at 14 degrees to the semi and 12-13 degrees in the higher mountains. Winds South - Southwest of weak to moderate from 3 Beaufort inside and up to 4 Beaufort the other coast, while the north coast may reach 5 Beaufort and local.
Tuesday 12/04 in the morning the weather will deteriorate giving widespread showers and local thunderstorms in the morning until noon phenomena will almost Nationwide and local strengths. It manifests itself at times storms and cores severe weather that is why the ionized atmosphere of dust there and electrical discharges accompanied by thunder and ground hot masses will '' involved '' with cold masses perhaps observed hail. The phenomena of late Tuesday afternoon will begin to weaken and move east. The weather at night will be improved without any effect.
